WHEN: SATURDAY, APRIL 17, 2010 RAIN or SHINE (INDOOR EVENT)
TIME: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
WHERE: HIGH QUEST ACRES, 679 BANGS ROAD, CHURCHVILLE
COST: $15.00 per 8 ft. x 8 ft. space early registration fee
(application received before 04/01/10)
$25.00 per space after 04/01/10
Registration fee will be donated to Purple Pony Therapeutic Horsemanship.
Purple Pony is a volunteer based non-profit organization serving adults
and children with disabilities or diverse needs.

Regulations:
- ITEMS SOLD MUST BE CLEAN AND GENTLY USED, WITH PRICES ATTACHED.
ALL ELECTRONICS MUST BE IN WORKING ORDER.
- SET UP SATURDAY APRIL 17th 7AM to 9 AM
- YOU WILL BE ALLOCATED A 8’ X 8’ SPACE. YOU MUST BRING ANY SUPPLIES
YOU NEED, INCLUDING TABLE/CHAIRS
-THERE MUST BE AT LEAST ONE ADULT COVERING YOUR SELLING AREA FOR THE
ENTIRE SHIFT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SALES.
- NO LARGE APPLIANCES, PLEASE!
- ALL UNSOLD ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY YOU AT THE END OF THE EVENT.
PURPLE PONY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED
AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 FOR REMOVAL.
-THERE WILL BE PUBLIC ADVERTISING. THIS SALE WILL BE OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY.
-PURPLE PONY WILL HAVE A DESSERT BOOTH, RAFFLES AND PONY RIDES (weather
permitting)
-PURPLE PONY WILL ALSO PROVIDE HOTS, HAMBURGERS, AND BEVERAGES FOR
NOMINAL PRICES.
